Trekking
If you want to explore the Cilento by Shanks's pony , the water sport centre Blue Soul offers a range of trekking excursions with professional guide. It's a good occasion to combine culture and nature, to explore flora and fauna and discover the history of the hinterland and its population.

GOLF
The Management is pleased to offer its elite clientele a registration voucher to the exclusive 'Golf Course Cilento', a recently built 18-hole-green which is part of the agritourism La Petrosa in Ceraso (SA), not far from our hotel.

Mountain bike
The water sport centre Blue soul, not far from the hotel, organises guided mountain bike tours.

Mountain bikers will appreciate the various routes, sometimes shadowy, sometimes sunny but above all the limited traffic. The hinterland is the ideal place for mountain bikers: it offers from country roads to sandy paths and steep roads. Thanks to the good climate and the constant sea breeze, bikers can enjoy tours even during the warmest days. The marvellous panorama, the beautiful landscape and traditional villages reward each kilometre you take.

Excursions
The mountain bike excursions along the coast or into the hinterland have different degrees of difficulty. The various excursions offered are suitable for beginners and can be carried out even during the warmest summer days. Prices include bike, helmet and professional guide.
